Seoul National University, B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering","c_introduction":"I am interested in integrating AI and bioinformatics to discover clinically relevant biomarkers. I work on analyzing digital pathology and immune repertoire data using deep learning models, and interpreting these models through explainable AI to identify biologically and clinically relevant patterns. I also have experience in analyzing next-generation sequencing and spatial omics data across multiple layers, from genomics and transcriptomics to proteomics. Bridging computation and experimentation, I connect large-scale human-derived biological and clinical datasets with AI-driven modeling, followed by experimental validation. My ultimate goal is to leverage advanced AI model to integrate multi-omics and clinical data to identify robust and clinically actionable biomarkers. Outside of research, I enjoy working out, playing football, and listening to hip-hop.","c_email":"arquina0712@gmail.com","c_tel":"","c_sortno":"12","c_photo":"708z6b5z4a3z0fbzae8z2f2z844z01dz1caz614z4b.jpg","c_useyn":"y","c_remark":"","c_moddate":"2026-05-12 19:57:12","c_modid":"binelman","c_modip":"1.241.245.131","c_memtypetxt":"Graduate students","c_photourl":"\/webdata\/people\/708z6b5z4a3z0fbzae8z2f2z844z01dz1caz614z4b.jpg"}
