Most of my work is about cell-surface markers that matter in cancer and autoimmune disease, using laser-based retrieval methods to enrich specific biomolecules that would otherwise be hard to detect. More broadly, I want to understand how biomolecules behave at cellular boundaries at such occasions and what it takes to actually see them.
