My broader goal is to apply these approaches to mechanism-of-action discovery for questions with clear medical and clinical relevance. Currently, I work on integrating in situ sequencing\u2013based spatial transcriptomics with other modalities to generate richer, high-throughput biological insights. In a separate project, I am also involved in discovering antibody sequences against target antigens.
