Spatial Omics
In order to fully understand the characteristics and inner workings of complex tissue, it is necessary to not only have the information of the cells constituting the tissue, but also their spatial information, such as the cellular organization and the surrounded environment. Therefore, we aim to develop analysis tools that allow us to understand tissue functionality and pathological changes at the cellular level in context of their spatial orientation.
